"Bob was outstanding and I would highly recommend him! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Lake Norman area and we felt comfortable making such a big decision based on his experience and expertise. Bob went above and beyond to help us even meeting a furniture delivery to the new home prior to us getting there. Thank you Bob for all you did to help us find our special new home. ??"

"We were relocating from another area of the state, and Bob took care of us every step of the way. He spent time making sure we looked at important details of the homes we saw together by noting things we needed to be aware of but might not have spotted on our own. He also has a great staff of assistants who were knowledgeable and able to help us view houses that accommodated our crazy schedule. When we actually had an offer accepted, Bob and his team were there through all of the inspections, surveys, reports, and renegotiations. We would highly recommend Bob and his team of professionals to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Hickory, Catawba County area."

"He is truly the best realtor I have ever dealt with. SO helpful during the process but not only that-has been so helpful even after the process of buying my home. I have had several things go wrong with my new home, and Bob has been right there advocating for me and getting me the help I need every time. I HIGHLY recommend him. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor."

"Bob is an excellent real estate agent. He is a blend of super responsive yet not pushy. We have been looking from NY and were teamed up with Bob to help us with a land purchase. For over a year he diligently checked in and sent us listings. While we have currently put our search on hold I wanted people to know that Bob is great and should be considered for your future needs."

"My experience was awesome. He had a lot of patience with me being a new buyer. He always checked in with me on how my house search was going and always answered all my questions. Can’t ask for a better realtor"

"Christine and I had 2 months to find a home and get it closed. Bob Warchol got it done in just over 1 month!! He was there for us every step of the way travelling wherever and whenever. One of the hardest working man I know. If We had to ever do this again Bob will be our choice. Thanks so much Bob you are one of the best."

"Bob was always quick to respond, thorough in his explanations, and he truly had our best interests at heart. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. If I had to do it again I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Bob for his assistance once again."

"Bob was great and very knowledgeable in the process. Always followed up in a timely manner. He knew the areas I was looking to buy in and always provided insight. His team was also all over any emails, questions or making sure things or executed. They both provided insight on suggested additional steps that weren’t necessary but it was great in the long run. For anyone looking to purchase a home, I would highly recommend Bob. He’ll take care of you and help you find exactly what you’re looking for!"

"Bob is the best realtor you will ever have. My husband and I have used him to sell our last three houses. He always makes time for his clients and makes sure he is only doing what they are comfortable with. He has his clients’ best interests in mind. With Bob, you will only need one realtor. He is the best."

"Bob was very knowledgeable about the local market. He checked in with us regularly, even though we started working together a few months before we were ready to buy. When we finally found the house we wanted, Bob worked tirelessly to ensure we were in the perfect position to make an offer and ultimately make the purchase. As first-time home buyers, Bob made sure we understood each step we took before committing to anything and made us feel comfortable with each decision. I am very thankful to have had Bob on our side when buying our house."

"Bob Warchol was absolutely amazing. He managed to make my first home-buying experience one of the easiest things I have ever done. The man is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and extremely helpful, not only in matters of real estate but in going above and beyond to help me complete some repairs that had to be done so my home could pass inspection. If I ever buy another home I will definitely contact Bob, if not, then I will forever be grateful that I had the privilege of working with him."

"“I don’t know if there are words to say how wonderful Bob is. He is so knowledgeable in every aspect of buying and selling a house. He’s no joke the best realtor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Our son got attached to him the little time we got to look at the house with him. Such a family man and such a professional individual. I will recommend Bob to everyone we know and everyone out there looking for someone to help sell or buy a house. He deserves more than just five starts! He is outstanding, and we truly enjoyed working with him.” "
